- On PS5: open PlayStation Store, select the … menu, then Redeem Code.
- On PS4: open PlayStation Store and choose Redeem Codes in the sidebar.
- On the web or in the PlayStation App: sign in to PlayStation Store, open your profile menu and choose Redeem Code.
- Enter the 12-character code from your ecardz order email and confirm. The amount is added to your wallet.
