Service fee

The price you see on a card is its card value: exactly what will be available after you redeem it. On top of that we charge one service fee per card. It is the only fee we charge, and it already covers payment processing, delivery, fraud protection and customer support.
How it is calculated
The service fee is 5% of the card value plus €0.30 per card, with a minimum of €0.99 per card. Some cards may have a different fee; it is always shown in your cart before checkout.

- In your cart, under each card and in the order summary, with the total you will pay.
- Again at checkout, before you pay.
- On your receipt.
No payment method surcharges
We never add a separate payment or card processing fee. The service fee does not depend on how you pay: card, BLIK and bank transfer all cost the same.
VAT
All amounts shown, including the service fee, already include VAT where it applies. Nothing is added on top at checkout. Where we charge VAT, the VAT amount is listed on your receipt.
Refunds
If we refund an order in full, for example because a code could not be delivered, the service fee is refunded too.
